How do I book a stall next to the Dog Show?

Stalls in the area of the Dog Show can be reserved by completing the booking form here.

What is the Dog Show stall cancellation policy?

Once payment has been made and your stall has been confirmed, the booking fee is non-refundable

Is there parking available at the Dog Show?

Parking will be available behind your stall. 1 car space for single pitch and 2 car spaces for a double pitch.

Is power provided to the Dog Show stalls?

Electricity is not provided.

What time is set-up/arrival?

Arrival is between 9:30am – 10:00am.

There is no vehicle access to Calthorpe park between 10:00am-5:00pm so please ensure your vehicle is parked behind your stall or removed from the field before then. Failure to arrive on time will mean you will not be permitted to drive onto the field to unload & set up.

How do I get to my Dog Show stall?

Please enter the field via the entrance on Reading Road North (Past the Cricket Ground) (Main Gate).

Make sure you have your access pass clearly visible in your vehicle.

At the gate you will be greeted by a member of the carnival team, who will advise you of your pitch.

NOTE: All vehicles must be behind your stall prior to the ‘No Vehicle Access’ times of 10:00am-5:00pm. There will be no vehicle movement on the field during these periods but cars will be able to remain with their stalls so long as they are behind each stall.

What time does the Dog Show end?

Please note the departure time is 5:00pm. This is the time you will be able to have vehicle access to field in order to begin packing up.

Please note, this time may vary slightly on the day, so please wait for confirmation from the Carnival team before moving your vehicle.

Please depart the park via Gate 3 to Crookham Road; members of the Carnival team will help direct you off the park.

Who should I contact for Dog Show issues before arriving on-site?

Please contact Kerry Lambert on 07401 024493.
